OK. You do have the internet. That problem solved.
Now you can go to Skellige and complete the Advanced Alchemy quest. Most recipes will be available after that in your inventory or buyable from the guy. Make sure you check your inventory and read the recipes.

i completed this quest, look at my playtime, completed almost every quest of the game, the name of this guy is gremmist i think, but he is not selling it

Strangely, I'm having trouble finding the recipe locations online as well :/ And I don't remember where I found them.

Which alchemists/herbalists have you tried already OP? Besides Gremist and, which herbalist hut? the one in white orchard, or the guy northeast of Oxenfurt?

Off the top of my head, I can also think of Keira, the Pellar, the halfling herbalist in Novigrad, west of Dandelion's inn, the herbalist in Hierarch square, the alchemist in Ranveig on Aard Skellig.

There are 8 Herbalists in the Velen/Novigrad Area, and 3 Alchemy suppliers. In Skellige, there are 2 Herbalists, and 3 Alchemy suppliers.

Hi! Was out of town for a while. I just found vermillion recipe in White Orchad. A treasure chest. Located in the basement of a hut as on screens. You will need a key which is located in one of the bandit camps east-north-east from this hut. Hope it helps.
