I already sailed to Skellige - can I still do the "assassin of kings" mission in which you kill king Radovid?
Before I paid that guy near the docks 1,000 Crowns, Djikstra and Roche talked to me and tried to convince me to take a part in king Radovid's assassination or something. But then, I got really curious about Skellige and I've heard that you can come back to Novigrad by fast traveling so I thought it shouldn't be a problem.

HOWEVER, for some reason the quest "A deadly plot" (that if I recall correctly, is the one I'm talking about) dissappeared from my quests list and I can't find it. What am I supposed to do now? I REALLY want to do that quest and I've read that it vastly impacts the ending of the game. Besides, I chose Triss over Yennefer already and as someone who greatly enjoy the story, I wanna do some quests that involve her. :)

All help is appreciated!

Radovid's assassination is much later in the game after you find Ciri. That is of course if you did all neccesary side quests, which includes "A deadly plot", check if it's in the completed quests tab. There will be actually a point where the game tells you to manually save, before that you are safe, but at that point - you really need to be sure you did all the side quests related to this (An Eye for an Eye, Redania's Most Wanted, A Matter of Life and Death, Now or Never, A Deadly Plot)

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell, man.. the quest isn't there, not even in the "completed quest" tab.
Fortunately, I still do have an earlier save in which I was level 14 (before I finished the "Now or Never" quest). That was BEFORE I sailed into Skellige, but I already made quite a bit of progress ever since (I am level 20 at the moment!) and I'm not sure if going back and compliting all these steps is worth the effort. What do you think?

I REALLY despite Radovids character and I just want to kill the bastard. But I don't know if I should go back and change everything and finish stuff that I already finished, that'd be boring.
easy Pootis, you can still do quest if you sailed to Skellige, its simple not active, first you need to do alll Triss quests A Matter of Life and Death, Now or Never and Who.reson Junrio quest which will active Redania's Most Wanted quest

Your comment really confused me and I didn't understand a single thing.. mind rephrasing please? :)
Here's video guide with all neccesary quests, if you did all of them (all except "Blindingly Obvious" and "Reason Of state" are available before sailing to Skellige), you are fine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pn7VhFaw5iQ

first, do all 4 of this: Get Junior, it will active An Eye for an Eye and Redania's Most Wanted, meanwhile u can do A Matter of Life and Death, Now or Never and later A Deadly Plot, This quest are necessary to start Reason of State ( here u kill Radovid) during Blindingly Obvious quest, (spolier: dont break Dysktrra leg )

Alright, alright, listen ya'll.. I hate to say this but turns out that I do, in fact, have "A deadly plot" and the rest of the quests you mentioned here under the completed quests tab, with the exception of Reason of State and Blindingly Obvious quests that which, I assume, will come later in the game. How do I start them? I don't know where to go or how to trigger them because they are simply not active.

Sorry for the confusion, again. ><
Also, it is important to mention that in the "Redania's Most Wanted" quest I didn't talk to Yennefer about the crystal from Philippa's megascope.. thought it might be useful information for you guys.

They will trigger automatically much later in the game. Just remember, as DanIce said, be gentle to Dykstra in Blindingly Obvious. Reason of State is the side quest itself about killing Radovid, it will activate right after Blindigly Obvious main quest is completed.

..Are you sure of that? I just wanna make sure that I do everything exactly as it should be so I can kill that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I also thank you for that useful spoiler, I shall keep it in mind for that time. :)
Thank you for your time!

Blindingly Obvious is a main quest, you can't possibly miss it. Reason of State will be in secondary quests right after that.
Blindingly Obvious is a main quest, after you find a sorceresses, be GENTLE with Dykstra , tell him what u have info about Nilfgard empire, dont break his leg, or the mission will not start !

Okay, and how far I am from this even that you're mentioning here? I just rejected Yennefer after Geralt defeated that Djin thingy that they were after. I'd really like to know this.
