Geralt is way more responsive to changes in direction with the alternative movement method.

He basically just turns faster and is easier to move. You need to try both and decide for yourself which one you like better. I personally like the normal movement better because it feels like I'm controlling a human, not a video game character.

so alternative is better?

For me it seems Geralt is more agile with the alternate movement. It just takes a while to get used to. It's worth it imo.

Normal - more realistic movement with momentum.
Alternative - all momentun negates almost instantly, therefoe it's easier to control, but less realistically so.
thanks I'll keep normal because I like it more realistic

And in your steam library there is an option to make the game super realistic, if you right click the witcher3, its called delete local content, it removes everything that is unrealistic about the game.

I like the new Alternate setting. It's more responsive, you don't have to wait for the momentum animation to stop playing before a corrected movement input can be applied.

We get so emotional when we play this game, don't we?

A powerful testament to the palpable sincerity that has defined Geralt of Rivia's career.

This game is better than watching Oprah Winfrey announce to the world that the Oprah Winfrey show is ending.

We just don't get a car for putting up with it.

It was never an argument, merely motivation.

alternate movement is great

i don't feel like geralt is being hinged by invisible forces anymore while turning left and right
