Unique Card at the KingFisher?

Anyone find the card? I played the innkeep but otherwise it wasn't unique.

Though I did find an empty table with cards all over it. Guessing I missed it but the quest didn't register as fail?

I found the card. It's in the small room right of the innkeep . When you enter the room turn right and you'll see a small pouch on top of a cabinet.
