Changing language of the game Steam copy

Trying to change the game to another language (Audio). Steam game properties only has English for Witcher 3. Is there another way to change this somewhere in the config files, or maybe there is a language pack I need to download and install?
I found some guides but they are all for GOG version of the game and language can be changed registry editor. The required registry files are not there for Steam games to tweak.

steam > game > right click > properties > languages and select language, it will download 1 of the audio packs u are looking for, only few languages have it, so best is to check if yours have it

yes I said it in my post that Witcher 3 doesn't allow that method, you can't select a language because that window is grayed out with the word "English"

fixed it, by activiting a different language voiceover in game, quitting the game. go to game properties in Steam and the language window in not grayed out anymore.
