Temerian Lillies In Vizima??
This is more of a lore issue than anything else.

When the player first enters white orchard, there is the scene in the tavern where one of the patrons tells the innkeep to take down the Temerian shield hanging on the wall before there's trouble, suggesting that the invading army of Nilfgaard might cause trouble if they see Temerian sigils displayed in territory that they just conquered. The shield was an issue because it had the Temerian emblem on it, referred to as the "Temerian Lillies". However, later in Vizima (the capital city of Nilfgaard - the nation invading Temeria) I noticed that the exact same pattern adorns their walls.

Link to image [i.imgur.com] comparing the two patterns - they seem identical to me.

Does anyone else find this odd or is there something I'm missing?

Vizima is the capital city or Temeria....when you enter this city it is occupied by the invading Nilfgardians...that is the reason of the lillies...
Vizima is the city where the mayor plot of the first Witcher takes place

Would have loved to have seen the rest of that area come back in TW3, but the royal palace and Kaer Moren are the only places to make a return...

Nice to find little references though. Just found a note to Velerad, the mayor. If he wanted to flee the city he should go to the sewer entrance at Temple Gate. And the note in Kaer Morhen from Azar Javed to The Professor.

Oh, I didn't realize Vizima was Temeria's capital. That makes sense then, cool. I guess I should have guessed based on where it is on the map, I just immediately assumed it was Nilfgaard's capital since the emperor was set up there.
