RedKit 3 is still coming, but they said long ago that it wouldn't be coming until after the expansion.
So just hold your horses, it's still coming, just gotta wait :)
Who is telling the truth?
Also, what would be the difference between ModKit and Redkit?
Redkit allowed for much more advanced editing much like Falskaar and other world additions to Skyrim. They never technically said Redkit, and we assumed when they talked about modding it was that. Still very poor on them for not making it clear modding would not be as advanced as Witcher 2!

The Witcher 3 Mod Tool Backlash
[2:59 pm ET] - Share - 23 Comments
The release of mod tools on Friday for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt raised questions from fans of the series who were hoping for a more feature-rich editing platform like the REDkit released for The Witcher 2. CD Projekt RED community lead Marcin Momot tweets a reply saying: "@MeerMusik This is the mod support for the Wild Hunt. At this moment we are not planning to release anything else." Polygon recaps some of the backlash from users, and points to the IGN interview from January where Marcin Iwinski promised the REDkit by name, saying: "It's a single-player experience all the way, but we are looking to release the REDkit sometime after the game launches for the modding community. This way, people can create their own adventures, and this will inevitably add a lot of fun and replayability to the game." Thanks Verno.
yeah, he talked about Redkit in January of 2014, almost 1.5 years before release of the game. Things change. That isn't be deceptive, that is plans having to change for various reasons.

They promised a REDkit for TW3, they now have completely rescinded that promise. Call a spade a spade. It doesn't mean TW3 is a bad game or that CDP-R are evil or anything.
Gameplay and voice acting? At least for the English version they used the same voice actors as they did for Witcher 2. You are going to have to give examples of what you mean by Gameplay and voice acting. Graphics are exactly the same as what they showed for many months leading to the release.
ME3 is irrelevant, and not even what I am talking about. And yes, anything said or showed during development of a game, especially 1.5 years prior to release are always subject to change, anyone who has watched game development over the years should already know this, and not take everything said as a promise, the absurd part is thinking that things can't change.
And that's why they should be held responsible.
Also them stating "We are looking into releasing...." carries an uncertainty that it would acutally release since they didn't state "We will", rather they said "We're looking". So they didn't even promise it would release.
Massage it all you want, it's the truth.
