What does it mean when the map Question mark symbol won't go away?
There's a location in Toussaint, North of the Fort Astre ruins, west of the road, next to a lake.
Initially it was just a standard "question mark" symbol "?". When I got near it turned into a "Guarded Treasure" symbol. So a while back I killed the bad guys and looted all treasure. Now the guarded treasure symbol is grey-ed out.

But the question mark is still there. Not greyed out. It is sort of underneath the grey-ed out treasure symbol. I cannot figure out why

I'm at the point now where I'm just trying to clear out everything that is left on the map. So I just went back. Went over everything with Witcher Senses. Nothing is left to loot. Certainly there are no quests associated with this place.

Is this a bug or does it mean I've missed something. something?

Looks to me like there should be both a Guarded Treasure and a Bandit Camp at the same spot, which is kind of weird. I don't have an answer for you, JMO, as I'm only currently doing Velen, but this got me curious to see what will I find there in the future.

tl;dr: It's a bandit camp before you take out the Hanse base nearby, but a guarded treasure after. Apparently a lot of them are bugged like this.

Yeah, just kinda looks like some bit in the game never was triggered to be set when I explored it and left the question mark showing.
