Griffin steel and silver sword craftsman location?

I just recently did the savenger hut for the Griffian set and managed to craft all the armor but cant find a craftsman for the sword set. I have been to oxenfurt and it tells me wrong craftsman. I am now at a stage in the game where the Viper set is kinda ♥♥♥♥ and I need to get better gear. Where is the blacksmith for swords at ?

blacksmith for sword is in Novigrad, making dumplings if you haven't met him yet. His name is Hattori. He is the best blacksmith in the game i believe.

Those witcher gears diagram locations can be googled and some do a good job organizing the information for the locations. They are very helpful!

There is more blacksmiths than that though, he's looking for a blacksmith in Oxenfurt though.

And OP if I remember correctly the blacksmith in Oxenfurt is south of the tavern, and up a hill.

NO! I have alreayd BEEN to the Blacksmith in Oxenfurt. I have already looked everywhere. Why do people keep saying that the swords can be crafted Oxenfurt? I cant craft them there! Is Novigrad really the only place you can craft them? If so that is insanely dumb. I am only level 8. I barely managed to get the Griffin Gear,

I think wrong craftsman means either wrong topic of crafting (armorer) or that the oxenfurt blacksmith is too nubbish to make that griffin sword. Unlocking the best blacksmith and armorer is the easiest way anyways since they will be able to make anything you desire. All other beta blacksmith/armorer can take my sht from my crafting components for every penny they can give to me lel.

What about the craftsmen on the eastern wall? Maybe that's the weaponsmith.

its actually convenient if you ask me bcuz you won't have many confusing choices and just go to one person for each crafting endeavors. It doesn't really matter what your level is, unless if the components required take too much money or require killing too much of a strong monster. Never mind, your level matters becuz the drops u get will scale to your level and naturally make you capable of killing and making lots of money. Just do main quests or do quests that may seem easy to get to a certain point in the game where u just grind to gain levels insanely fast.

I just went to Noigrad and got them forged. I still don't understand why people on fourms are saying to go to Oxenfurt to get it the swords forged. There is only one blacksmith in Oxenfurt and although he can craft the armor, he cannot craft the swords.

There are 2 blacksmiths in Oxenfurt, one for swords the other for armor.
