THE LAST WISH BUGGED???

i just complete The Last Wish quest and went to Ugly Baby basicly to recieve Wolf gears faster
and after i go take uma from stables i get a message THE LAST WISH FAILED! WTF?? anyone can help me please?

Spoiler: Because after Ugly Baby, Yennifer will be at Kaer Moerhen instead of Skellige. Meaning no longer possible to do Last Wish.

i did them in order i complete the last wish then ugly baby but the moment i go to see him i get a failed quest cause my The Last Wish was in completed section and after i take uma it becomes failed.... i other words i cant got get wolf gears until its patched or something i did do a load game before and started last wish from the beggening sorry if my english isnt perfect :D

i just finished the game . the quest isnt bugged. you just messed up on the order . reload or live with what you did. Also oyu need the last wish quest if you ever want to end up with Yen ., i suggest to reload the quest.

well i mean i complete the quest right? its over its done and when i contiunte the story to the ugly baby it becomes FAILED it transfers or something idk i already did it 3 times its the same every time

as long as you were able to tell Yen you loved her its ok . worset case reload older save . redo it. its not bugged you did something wrong. just go and redo the quest before. reload to older save. or keep get trolled to no end. you need to reload to a save older that the start of the quest. probably before you even get the last wish quest.

then CDPR sucks for making only 3 auto saves! why not infinte like wither 2.... HEY CDPR FIX THE GAME! I DONT WANT TO START IT AGAIN FOR THE 5th TIME! its starting to get boaring...

I found a fix... same problem as you, too bad these fools cant read.... i was using a console command mod, once i took it off, it worked

Not sure why when they dont get an answer they want they need to shout. As if that will make the answer we have given change.

I found this problem also, I completed the last wish quest and it showed up under the completed tab but the instant you start the ugly baby quest it moves to failed. It is a bug and those that said it isn't fail at reading or are just stupid.

i think it is the Ugly Baby that is buged not the last wish i had this too and i had another quest fail one time but do not rember witch one it was when i started this quest

I found a solution elsewhere that has worked for me. Most likely the bug occurred because you used the fast travel mod. I've also had that happen and what I did was fast traveled back to Skellige and used the signpost to travel to Crow's Perch. Also I've noticed that if you used the fast travel mod you can't see the quest marker in Crow's Perch, while fast traveling via sign post you can.

I had this same error, took 2 hours debugging and reloading. What worked for me:
1. Before starting Ugly Baby, before talk to Sgt, disable Fast Travel mod and Console Enable mod.
2. Load pre talk to Sgt Ugly Baby save, do any quest (I found a Cat diagram)
3. Fast travel to Skellige, must be Skellige!
4. Fast travel back to Crows Perch
5. Do Ugly Baby, Last Wish does not auto disable, Yen happy!
