They're both played by the same actor, though. Mark Frost. He plays tons of other characters in TW3 (and TW2) too.

Really? I looked for his name in the cast list and couldn't find it.

Also the Priest of the Eternal Fire in Act 1. I can't take those characters seriously when that voice is engrained in my mind.
