Err no Geralt a set and defined character, he has a history this isnt dragon age where you create a character from scratch is a whole novelization to consider and... Geralt is not Gay... though i believe its implied that Ciri is Bi or maybe she was just messing with that girl's head for laughs either way, they arent homophobic but have to take the characters into account.

Because Geralt isn't a character you make, hes prexisting and has multiple TV shows, like 10 books, and a movie about him lol. It would be like if they made a LOTR game like the Witcher and complaining that you can't make Aragorn gay, lol

No, the developers are not homophobic!

There are characters in the all 3 parts of the game that are lesbian or gay.
All of them are threated with respect.
The series theme difficulties gay or lesbian people face today and have faced in the past in some quests.
In part 2 you even surprise Cintia and Philipa in an erotic situation in vergen.

How could you even imagine CDPR would be homophobic. This is total nonsense!

This discussion has no right to be. It is the creators choice, what you can do in a game and what not. You are no one to question that. If you don't like what CDpr made, then don't buy it. Every artist and Developer has the right to create things as they want to. Forcing someone to include something and having to write whole different story aspects has nothing to do with the maturing of the industry and it's growing tolerance for "out of the normal" stuff.
