Are the developpers homophobic ?

Almost every RPG has a gay romance option. Why not in the Witcher 3 ?

I think that in 2015, it is about time that people show more acceptance towards all kind of peolle

Because Geralt - in the books, and in all the other games - isn't gay.

Because the main character in the series is not ♥♥♥♥ , so there's that and well just because it is 2015 does not mean it is time to throw Political Correctness down everyone's throat

Naw, the moderators are told by the developers to let the trolls troll as bad publicity is good publicity. Unless your in the CIV Beyond Earth forums, the moderatos are active in every discussion and I bet their fingers are sore from hitting "Ban" all day long. Just check it out, the moderators are Nazi's over there for some reason.

It's also about time that people accepted the fact that you are role playing as Geralt and he is not gay. Try to call Tolkien and ask him to turn Frodo into a gay character next time, I bet he will have a good laugh. Learn to appreciate literature and art as it is folks..And if you really want to complain, complain to Andrzej Sapkowski because CD have nothing to do with the game world lores.

You can't be ♥♥♥♥ because Geralt isn't in any way ♥♥♥♥, just ask all his sorcerer friends :D Also in this sort of time period almost every ♥♥♥♥ person would be hung or burnt if they admitted in public or didn't have powerful friends. Sorry but this game ain't set in 2015 so go and find some other game in which you can swallow swords :P

They aren't homophobic in the slightest. Phillipa is lesbian, Ciri is most likely bi (or you could argue that relationship was situational), the hunter in the beginning is gay (you wouldn't be able to tell if he never said so), and these are just characters limited to the Witcher 3. The only reason you can't be gay is because Geralt is canonically straight. It wouldn't make any sense if Geralt just suddenly drop Yen (or Triss) for a man.
