Roche and Djikstra hiding in brothel?

Hello Folks, got a little problem here. I want to talk to Roche and Djikstra for "Brothers in Arms: Novigrad", but the Questmarker tells me, that they both are in the highest tier of the brothel in the northern part of the city (Doing God know what with God knows who).

Well, considering that there is no Stair up there...do I have to wave the middlefinger in their vage direction and move on or what? Anyone else had this problem?
