You need set it so the game is actually using your 870m and not the integrated intel chip.
Game is around 29 FPS

My GTX 860m plays TW3 at med-high settings, hairworks off, at 1080p getting 45-55 fps with occasional dips into the higher 30s in Novigrad. It's great when I'm away from my desktop.
Btw, you need to always take the term "minimum requirement" with a grain of salt. People are playing this game just fine with GTX 500 series GPUs, which happens every time a game Dev sets the "minimum requirement."
Ya I know to take it with a grain of salt, but over half the people on the forums seem like they have no clue about computer hardware, and think just because they have a higher number their graphics card is better, and then there is a lot of others that don't realize that a mobile card doesn't equal a desktop card.
So I was just telling the OP that his card is weaker than the minimum. Granted I didn't know if that was normal fps for his card on this game, though by what you and others have said it seems like it's off by a large amount of fps.
Every new series of mobile GPU from Nvidia are getting much more powerful. So while you might understand this, for whatever reason there is this train of thought that is somehow still often present on the internet that notebooks cannot play demanding games. This is simply no longer true.
