Do you get punished for sleeping with a prooostitute? (stupid censorship)
If you sleep with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ what happens? I remember in Metro Last Light sleeping with a wh00re gave you a bad ending for the game lol

they just money pits so nothing bad happens unless the hero is carring the bug and passes it to her.

No. Neither does sleeping with sasha (gwent quest) nor with Jutta (Iron maiden quest), nor with Keira Metz.

Steam didn't censor it, it was CD Projekt Red's choice. It would be AO if it showed anything else. M is 17+. Last time I checked, porn was for 18+

Geralt will be punished if using hooker service or bedding Keira or any lady but Triss or Yennefer. The woman of your choice (Triss or Yennefer) will still marry you, but they won't accept body contact (aka sex) with you anymore. So it will be a marriage without sex. I romanced Keira, Triss, Yennefer and every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ character and i still had a happy ending with Yennefer...

No, nothing will happen. I went to bed every woman in Crippled Kates, Keira Metz, Jutta, and Sasha. I got both possible intimate scenes with Yen (on a Unicorn and at Kaer Morhen) and we spent the rest of our days happily together :D The only thing that contributes to your final love interest would be saying the words "I love you" to either Yen or Triss.
