Skellige gets the it takes until your at an end game dlc to acquire any cards level of pointless.

Monster, Scoietel, and Skellige are all also hurt by most generic players getting more difficult as Geralt levels up, which means their basic decks are pointless by the time you can acquire them, unless you literally want to run between all towns/inns and rush the quest to get to Skellige.
