Just a couple examples I could think of:
-Description on Roche's gwent card
-When Dijkstra directs you to go talk to roche for the main Novigrad questline Geralt seems really disappointed that he has to go see him again
-A lot of the commentary between Geralt and Roche seems to be..overly sardonic on Geralt's side, even more than his normal personality.
I dunno, it's just the impression that I got after playing the first two games.
That pretty much sums it up. Geralt's opinion of him changes slightly if you sided with him in Witcher 2, but sins of the past are rarely forgotten, I guess.
