Cabaret quest glitch

At the point in the quest where you are supposed to go get the placards for Dandelion, the door to Rautlec's house is locked (it is not supposed to be) and is preventing me from continuing. Does anyone know a way around- maybe some way to glitch through a door or something?

Or maybe try retracing your steps back to the guy who was supposed to send you to Rautlec's, see if he's still waiting for you to say something to him...? I know I have done silly/stupid stuff and skipped a part, when I thought I had done something and it was from before reloading a save and then forgetting to redo all the steps after restarting...

Alright I found a workaround in case anyone else has the same problem.

Instead of going to Rautlec's house (where the objective marker tells you to go), travel to the race track where you are supposed to go next. Raultec will already be there and you can skip this part entirely.
