Yes, i know, im a naughty little witcher.. but i dont want to refuse keira after all she went through getting all that fancy dinner´n´all.. My Question, does the romance with keira harm the relationship/choices or romance with Yen or Triss in any way ?

Also i did refuse her just to test and had to kill her.. I read on the web somewhere that i can send her to kaer morhen.. How do i do that ? I really dont want to harm her.

I dont think you need to sleep with Keira to send her to Kaer, but you need to talk to her after she get the cure for some disease, she tells you she is going to take it to Radovid or Amhyr or w/e, then you have to say its a bad idea and tell her to go to Kaer Mohen instead.
