Posession: Cellar key

So, I'm doing Possession. When press A at the cellar door, nothing happens. I can't unlock it.

Did this happen to anyone else or is the quest bugged?

Do you have the cellar key? Sometimes its hard to get it unless you're standing the right way.

I did have it at the time.

I managed to open it somehow. You have to position yourself in a really strange way to get it to open.

Yeah cellar doors are really irritating like that.
