It's actually funny but I lost last fight to troll and didn't get achievment. And it's also funny I didn't saved before going to fight and then I noticed I haven't got it, it was too late. Would be awesome if someone can share their savefile before going to fight w/ that troll. Thanks :)

Even the minor fist fight quests create an Auto-save, so there should be one for that fight. They're not always obvious in the list of saved files, not for me anyway, and I'll frequently load one by mistake when I'm trying to go further back... :-(
