In a recent financial report, CDP-R revealed that TW3's development budget was £53 million (~$82 million). And that's just the development budget. If this game had sold poorly, it could have severely weakened--if not threatened to collapse entirely--Poland's financial infrastructure.

Quite a bit of this information is incorrect. The development budget for Destiny was later revealed to be $140m. The development budget for GTA V turned out to actually be $137m (was only now just made aware of this myself).

The Witcher 3 is not only the most expensive Polish game in history, it's the single most expensive piece of entertainment the country has ever produced many times over. I was being a tad facetious claiming it could "bankrupt the nation" but there's no question had it failed it could have adversely impacted many more lives than a video game bombing normally would.

Beyond that, I'm not entirely sure what you're even trying to say.
