what's more important: Villentretenmerth (Gwent Card) or Potion of Clearance ?

What is more important: keeping my current save, where I just won the Villentretenmerth gwent card in a game;

or going back to an earlier save so that I can buy the potion of clearance from Keira ?

I don't "need" the potion of clearance at the moment but every guide I've read tells me how important it is (I mistakenly took the keira storyline too far and now she isn't available).

You can buy the potion of clearance from other sellers as well, Keira isn't the only seller with that potion. So keep the Villentretenmerth card. You can easily find the potion of clearance in Novigrad.

The guy that runs a shop out of the dead mages shop sells the potion. Also, if you really need one use the console: additem('Clearing Potion') <--- I'm pretty sure that's it. I do use clearing potions a good bit when I reach certain levels.
