Abandoned Area in White Orchard. (Shrine(Solved))

Some people are having an issue with this area working and i would like to help.
First off this site should have 4 ghouls. If your getting 3 ill help fix that. So first off i did some research after having the issue and it is well known. However mine was diffrent, Most people will not have any ghouls show up, I had 3 of the 4. There is 2 possible solutions i have found. If ZERO ghouls are there try meditating untill diffrent times of day. Solution 2: Fast travel seems to work, I had 3 of the 4 show up, went to the "Abandoned village (Quest)" just down the road, used the sign post to fast travel to the "Ford" then went back. The Ghould hadn't spawned but i only got 1 hour of meditation before i was attacked and kicked back into the game. Now i apologize if you feel like im rambling on but you should know i only made this post because i havn't found one claiming the issue was solved. I Hope this helps, Good luck and happy hunting!

I finished the game and it's still bugged for me
I tried everything but i don't really care, they're just 4 ghouls.

Had the issue with only 3 of the 4 spawning. Fast traveled and meditated and it spawned and i was finally able to clear it. Thanks so much.

I also had 3 of 4 appearing. I went down the edge of the river a bit and killed the drowners around th wrecked boat (the nearby ?). When I returned, the 4th goul was there.

If its happening, just kill all ghoul and come back later. U'll find the 4th ghoul.

Yeah i always have that bug just meditating works for me.
