Switch your SLi bridge to two-way for this game, and voila. It should work well.
I paid a lot of money so it should work well.
If only life really worked like that. My experience is the ultra high end stuff tends to be more fickle.
In your post on the Nvidia boards you state that you've been having issues with 3 way SLI ever since the gtx 680. Which leads me to believe this has nothing to do with Witcher 3; it's more than likely an issue Nvidia has to figure out. Also, why would you continue to build 3 way SLI systems if you've been having issues with them the past 3.5 years? 2 way Titan Black should be enough to max this game at 1440p and run it comfortably at 4k.
