*SPOILER* Throw out sarah or not?

So should i throw sarah out or not will i get anything good from it later or should she stay? i read that she moves in with Johnny. also this is where im at atm so don't spoil anything please.. :) just wanna know if she is to any use later or so.

If you let Sarah stay, her and Corinne live together peacfully. If you throw her out, she goes to live with Johnny on Bald Mountain.

It doesn't have any actual effect in either way. It's a purely "cosmetic" outcome and doesn't change anything else in the game.
