How to move to different region?

I did ask same question,before .Anver I get was, that use the tellepotation,Well no you can’t do that.So qouesion remanis how? I’m on Skellige Isles and need to go to Novigrad ? Sorry but I did that,honest beside the signpost,On the yootube I read that fast travel are only posible in region you're in.When I try to put that mark post in, it don't allow it in world map.There must be some way but I didn't figure it out how?

Signposts (that you've already found) are marked green on your map. You must physically be by the signpost (in game) to fast travel. If you are at the signpost, you will notice an 'E' above it. Press 'E' and the screen changes to the map. From the map, pick out a green signpost near where you want to fast travel, and press 'E' again. There you go.

I do know presiders and I doing it,pressing the travel sing post ,then the map show up ,mind U I’m still in Skellige on that map then U have to get to world map,because that is where I one to go,after several trials I have world map open ,then I start clicking on that map when real map appeared,after this I place that green marker and then U have to click on F 7 after that close the map and move .teleportation start but doesn't matter what I do I end up under water but still in Skellige Isle not on mainland.I have no problem to fast travel in the region,no problem there but to travel to main land is diferent story,and here I got problem to fast travel for exampe Wolgograd

No ! The green marker is just for your information on where to go. The green sign post (T) is what you find first , then back out of let's say the islands to the world map showing all the main areas, Novingrad ,Kaer Morhen,Velen, White Orchard ,then you should see a small gold disk over one of those areas ,if you are questing there, go over that disk and press, then pick a sign post ther and you're in that place.

The green marker is for you to put anywhere so you can follow it on the mini map so you can keep going in the right direction.

I get to this island by hiering a sailor and pay him to get to the Island,but it should be also same option on this Island.Thanks you all I "II continue trying with teleportation but so fare I end up under water still on this Island

No ! That particular post was my mistake and I deleted it, All the other comments are correct. You shouldn't be in the water unless you are swimming or you took a little boat and it got damaged and sunk.

I got wrong info about time trawel I use F7 button and now I know that was wrong,I folow your'rs advice and vala, it worked thanks I was wresling with this for 2 days,now I'm finaly on mainland,thanks' again
