Stuck inside the fortress above Urialla Harbor

I came in here for the level 20 witcher gear. I came in on way through a cell that I had to open with a lever. Followed that down to a room with the witcher gear in it and now the door doesnt open at the end room and the door is now locked back in the cell to backtrack. The lever next to the end room door does nothing, the gate doesnt open.

I've got the same problem here. I've looked it up and some wraiths are supposed to spawn and then the leaver should open the door. Either have to load back or mod the game to get a console command to fast travel out. I'm looking at the mod now.

After a break I think it is a bug if you dont have the quest for the area it will not let you out. I bet the quest is in the harbor.

I have the quest for it though. Bought the maps off a merchant while passing through Kaer Trolde

Anyway i just installed the console mod and fast traveled out

Cool dale, will do the same thing. I am finally up to level 30 after all this and I have the legendary 30 ursine boots plans so i had to come back for these lower tiers. :D

Actually, it is a solution.
Just wait till you drop "out of the mission area" then you get the option to fast travel.
