The spawns are a little glitchy here I think, but I liberated this place so it's possible.
This was fixed in an update a long time ago, but the wraiths respawning may be a bug.
Considering these were bugged due to the fact the enemies could run off, it's still possible that one spot isn't completely fixed since they are sirens and they have the ability to just randomly fly off into the distance. Some people claimed you could leave and come back to find the final siren flying overhead while others said you had to load an old save, visit the area, then reload your current save and it would automatically complete. I was never able to get either method to work, but maybe you'll have better luck.
Trying to reload a save before and then reloading the one I have is the only chance, since I played another ~5 hours I don't want to repeat; a mere abandoned site is not worth that effort.
I had looked for other solutions, some claiming the last siren would be north east, but I didn't find one anywhere within 300-400 "steps" of the village. I assume it must be that one mysterious siren that "ran" off that is giving me trouble. Would have been nice if it stayed around the area, like every other monster encounter. Seems that mixing 3 monster encounters in close proximity screws things up.
Thanks anyways!
