Easiest way to remove yellow tint?

Can anybody help me remove this awful thing? it's been bugging me since witcher 2

The game's graphics look yellowish, i mean the environment, everything seems to have a yellow vibrant color which i dislike, i've heard u can use mods or whatever to remove it, but i want to know how?

Hmm.. never noticed it, but if you say so... Different tastes, different colors I guesss...

I do not know a mod that does color changes explicitely. There are some graphic overhauls that add an more blue-ish tint, but I cannot recall them at this moment...

Registrating there is completely free, and they have a nice manager that keeps track of your mods (Nexus Mod Manager - NNM). I can fully reccomend that manager, because it works for a lot of other games too (Fallout series, Elder Scroll series, Dragon Age series and lots, lots more)..

You can do a category search for graphic overhauls or something... Hop you find where you are looking for...

so why dont just use sweetFX?

That screenshot looks yellow to you? Looks "normal" to me. The sweetFX effect is just more contrast (dark is darker and bright is brighter).

Could be just you display (but then i'd guess other games would be off aswell).

But yeah, use mods or sweetFX to tune it how ever you like. Plenty of visual style mods/settings available other than the one on the link.

If it's affecting multiple games (you mention it was in Witcher 2 as well?) then it's probably your monitor. Older monitors in particular were infamous for getting a yellow tint as they aged.

Pretty sure it isn't my monitor, and yea, i just used some sweetFX mods and i feel better now lol, game looks more realistic to me, i was skeptic to use SweetFX cuz i heard it might cause some issues and stuff.
