There is one case where an person is 'jailed" in an hut (close to a bridge in Velen). There you have to push him around an bit and then walk to de door of the hut. Sometimes you have to repeat that a few times, until he walks out of the jail. After that just follow him and talk to him to get your "promise for a reward".
You say push him around a bit. Is he supposed to move? Because I'm running at this guy and he's set in stone... he ain't moving one muscle for me. I thought it would be like other people when you shove them and they move out of the way. No?
long story short, it doesn't seem to be working. Screw him he can stay in the cage then.
Fallout 4 is out soon anyway
Than you have not seen very much, or need new glasses.. That's for sure...
