Change mouse sensitivity and Hardware cursor back to ON.
Well - it IS there. You just have to go to Options -> Video -> Graphics, and at the bottom of the list turn off the hardware cursor. Then go to Options -> Control and set the mouse in-game sensitivety (you can also change the sensitivety for the menu).
If needed, you can turn on the hardware cursor again (sometimes needed on older systems to avoid sloggy mouse movement).
dude thanks. i was so baffled by the fact that i could not find the mouse sensitivity option. i got one of those "oh this is a console built game ported to pc" lol but thanks it is appreciated.
Actually, if they ever got to build Witcher 3, it was because PC gamers bet for them with Witcher 2, and before of that, with Witcher 1, which, let's be honest, was a great game in terms of storytelling, but very unpleasant to play for the casual gamer allaround, that is what you mostly have on consoles.
CDPR, as most of the companies nowadays, have drifted towards the great market of casual gamers, trying to make a game that appeals for equal, if not more, to the casual gamer than the veterans ones. I wouldn't be enjoying my time with Witcher 3 in pc if it wasn't for the Enhanced Edition mod, most probably.
