Wild Rose Dethorned still bugged
I've cleared all Fallen Knight camps. Even tried meditating at each one, and tried loading an old save to kill them again. Achievement doesn't pop.

As of now (1.10) the only way to get this achievement is to start a new game (Hearts of Stone only) and then proceed to clear all the camps (7 or 8 total) without using fast travel. The idea is to preserve the initial state and scripts of the world, as it seems that using fast travel re-sorts elements in it and some NPCs may or may not spawn, resulting in you failing to to kill all targets because some simply didn't spawn where they should. Some users reported that meditating in some camps may cause the missing enemies to spawn, but this seems to be random and may not always work.

Sadly wont help you since I dont know what triggers it, but I got the achievement on the last camp even before I killed them all. And I wasnt even trying specifically, I just played the expansion, so I fasttravelled a lot (although not outside Velen / Novigrad, since I didnt need to)... Definitely a wonky one.

Good Luck!

It's pretty random for sure but I managed on my 2nd way round.

Fired up a fresh HoS game , went clockwise , looted every possibe item in each camp, didn't fast travel at all, didn't drop anything. Last camp was the one west of Erde. Cleared it, didn't pop. Meditated and 3 more npc's spawned. Killed them and it popped.

Funny thing is, that same camp west of Erde on my original playthrough had extra mobs spawn randomly too, so I guess meditate after each camp is cleared for safe measure.

Best of luck!

Tried two times, meditated after each and got one extra enemy to spawn once, no luck. I went counter clockwise though, maybe I'll try clockwise.

Already posted this in an other thread:

I started HoS only on Just the Story difficulty. Went to 7 Cats Inn and Brunwich to get the undiscovered locations. Then i did the 8 required camps.
Did some things that i read in a guide:
-no fast travel
-killed all knights a close as possible to the red chests in the camp
-did not loot anyting in the camps, no bodies and no chests

Got the achievment after i killed the last knight.

Are you saying you didn't pick up any quests?

I saw a video where this worked (on xbone), but when I tried I didn't get it. Maybe I have to get the knights even closer or something.

I played with my regular save on normal difficulty and I get the achievement in 1.10, when I cleared the last of visible camps of Fallen Knights, but not all of them!
