Ok, i didn't mean "Maxed out all my skills" I mean, of the ones I've chosen to put in my bars, those are all maxed out. Which ones don't need to be in your bars? I'm a spellsword, so now I'm wondering what doesn't need to be in a bar to work..
Yeah, what skills do not need to be slotted in order to work?
I think he's referring to a bug that has been patched, which allowed certain skills to remain active even when not in your skill list. Such as Aard sweep, I found this after a quick google search. But still.. this system doesn't make sense to me. "Swap these with stronger skills" but every skill is different so why would you bother? There's no "stronger skills" just different ones that unlock later? Unless im mistaken.
yep, not even the per point passive effect (ie the stam regen or potion length)
It can be useful in NG+, I have over 20 skills fully upgraded and if I have an hard time I can take off the unneeded skills for something else (e.g. I have no use for lvl.5 Igni on a boss, I'll put on an alchemy skill that will actually help me survive)
Yes.
