edit: and to be clear by being quick on your reaction timing I mean you have to dodge not away but at them so you don't get hit but you also manage to get behind them.
I ended up trying a couple of times but it was impossible for me to get the achivement in DM (should've been sword/alchemy for it) so after I finished the expansion I loaded a save and placed it on easy to grab it.
Still missing Wildrose which I can't find more fallen knights and Ofieri achivement that is apparently bugged.
with a straight up combat build (what I had) it was almost impossible. I tried it a few times, but one mistake and you're dead. I used the ekimmara decoction + whirl to just lifesteal off all of them.
I did manage to finally beat it after waking them all up, but didn't get the achievement, so I did it again on the lowest cause there was no way I was dealing with that ♥♥♥♥ again xD
