So i found Letho in the barn and we meet with louis which we slaughter and were at Lindenvale now, But im unsure what to choose from here since i kinda wanna know if there's gonna be good or bad consequences, should i kill the men and letho still be on the run or should i make them take his necklace thingy? (forgot the name) also should i send him to Kaer Morhen or just tell him to hide?

I helped him fool the bounty hunters with the medalion because in W2 he actually helps Geralt recover his memory and tell him wher Yen is, but I regret sending him to Kaer Mohren.

He will be badly received there. Don´t forget he was the tool who started the war.
And Vesemir is pro-Northern Realms.

It is up to you, but sending him to KM is not the best option.
