I had the issue where she would block the door and nothing you could do would let you get out. Only thing to do was go back to a previous save.

Just make sure she is outside when you speak with her.

I´d say don´t talk to her as a general rule, because she is crazy.

No issues on my end, I spoke to her both indoors before her quest and outdoors during the quest.

Did this bug arrive along with 1.10 update?

I don't have any issues with her. Spoke to her and traded with her before 1.10 update, and then dealt with her in The Nithing quest (after the 1.10 update), and all was well.
