Random Encounters question

I'm using Random Encounters Reworked. When I got the pop - up allowing me to choose a version I choose default/vanilla thinking it meant a vanilla version of the mod. Playing through White Orchard I don't seem to be having any more Encounters than I've had in the vanilla game. Should I maybe have chosen the W3 Enhanced Edition version (I think it's called)? Or there's even a third choice offered, though I don't remember it's name.

White Orchard? i think you start an new game? then it is normal.... In the first 5 to 10 hours of playtime in the playthrough the mod will be slowed down to ensure a smooth start. At first you can get new bountys at the board. Then it come more an more over the timeline....

The version is not importand. its only different preset settings of the mod. You can exchange the settings every time manuel in the playthrough.

Thank you. Yes, I started a new game. Haven't seen any apparent encounters. I'll go back to the board and see if there's anything new there.

the board needs some time too, but it will be the first. Then comes more and more, you will see it the new encounters have other loot an new random spawns
