Stuck at mainquest Brothers in Arms: Skellige

Can someone help me with this quest? Help Resolve the matter of the succession to the skellige throne. After i killed the bears I choose not to help either Cerys or Hjarmar - I did king's gambit and every other quest and sidequest in skellige. Right now when i go to the Brothers in Arms: Skellige quest it says "Help Resolve the matter of the succession to the skellige throne". Im stucked at this point and when i select the isle of mist quest it says that i have to go to the boat and then by the boat to the isle of mist but when i arrive at the isle of mist and i go out of the boat it says that i have to go back on the boat XD. And i still have to get the allies for the fight in kaer morhen but i cant finish it as well because im stucked at the brother in arms quest... Please help!!!

Not sure as it all goes smoothly for me.

But the wiki has this to say

"Cerys or Hjalmar are ... stubborn in their pursuit of the Skellige throne, and won't commit to help before that matter is settled, meaning that you have to complete the entire questline ending with the Coronation quest. This does also mean that one of them has to be crowned as the new ruler - if King's Gambit is completed by leaving them both to investigate on their own, Coronation can't start and this quest will be stuck on the objective to help resolve the throne succession matter, which can only fail after that. "

You failed the quest. There's no point in worrying about it. To get An Craite's help, you needed to side with either of them.

Pretty sure you're doing something wrong here. You can ignore the quest and proceed. To be clear, the isle of mist is NOT part of the Skillage map. Keep travelling with the boat until you get a " point of no return " warning.

I think you've failed the quest, there's the option of using the command line though to advance either Hjalmars or Cerys as the new king but other than that you're borked, I believe.
