Can I play this game without starting from the first witcher game? Is it recommended?
Title. Should I play the first and second wicher game first or i can immediately play this game.

You can.

Obviously you'll know more about the world and what's happened in the story's past if you play the first two games, but it's by no means a requirement.

Basically all relationships you need to know are given in the dialogues. Maybe playing the first two would grant you more emotional feelings. I haven't, though.
