Novigrad Closed City quest? 1 or 2?
In the game there are 2 quests called Novigrad Closed City.
I never made Novigrad Closed City 1, but I made the number 2.
Weird thing: My NCC 2 quest was about the wounded Witch Hunter....but it should be the number 1, according to some game guides/walkthrough.
The number 2, actually, should be about finding 3 keys.

Does anyone experienced the same "problem"? And how can I unlock the other quest about 3 keys?

They're independent quests as far as triggers go (you just stumble upon them). I found #2 first then #1 both totally randomly, I think one was strange smell I picked up when running around in Novigrad with witcher senses on. If I were you I'd google what precise triggers for these are.

Yes, thanks. The problem is just that. I made the quest with the smell and Witch Hunter wounded, and the game says it's "number 2". Just noticed that also the description in jounal is totally wrong. Probably is a translation problem.

Well that *is* #2 at least it was my #2 as well. I don't recall what it was in journal because I usually don't read it - maybe only journal coded wrong? Given trigger gives you quest with given name. As far as coding concerned these aren't Quest BlaBla Part 1 and Part 2 rather Quest A and Quest B with very similar names except for number at end in name. So all's fine and now you just need to stumble upon quest titled "Novigrad Closed City 1" or find out via google where that starts.

(Btw it's funny how TW3 journal sometimes says I defeated monster X this and that way when I'm still preparing for fight. Totally feels like insider tips from some time traveler buddy :D)

Ok, I just found this that seems to clear out the thing. 2 quests are just unrelated, and in game guides they just wrote stupid things https://steamcommunity.com/app/292030/discussions/0/594820473985119480/
