Can you still re buy the Jade Figurine?
I accidently sold the Jade Figurine(why isn't it a quest item?) I bought so now I can't decompress it with Triss.

So yeah, will the guy that sells a potion of clearance in Novigrad sell the Jade Figurine again? I remember this was a bug and I'm hoping they didn't fix it.
