Choice of how to act towards the emporer during 'Ugly Baby' quest

I have a couple dialog choices during the conversation. You can basically either kiss his ass or stand up for yourself.

Do these impact the later parts of the game or the ending at all?

Can't remember for later part of the game, but it does not effect the ending at all.

i dont think there is much you can do there to impact the ending .
