Story rich though, that's why I listed it :)
Someone told me you that you can actually play Blood and Wine as a Witcher game.
With silver swords, Gerbil, Roach, the whole shebang.
That would be awesome, if true.
The other two Risens are fun too (especially Risen 3) but they're not must-plays for all aRPG fans like the first one is. But I'd suggest even the worst Risen game (Risen 2) over either of the Two Worlds games, which were not good at all, imho.
Divinity II is a well-made, well-written game with some truly sidesplittingly funny lines of dialog wonderful voice acting and a great twist, but the combat is horrendous; it uses MMO collision detection (used in many older MMOs like WOW but also in Dragon Age: Origins) except... it's an action RPG... with only one controllable character. Seriously, it makes the combat in TW1 look fluid and intuitive in comparison. It's still a good game though.
Witcher 1 ----------- I hated this, too old school for me, I gave up after 3 hours.
Witcher 2 ----------- A badass game that graphically still looks amazing on max settings.
Dragon age Series ----------------------- Loved the characters in Dragon Age 1, really well done and a lengthy story with lots of DLC expansions and useful mods on Nexus. Dragon age 2 is worst one out of the 3 but has better combat than 1, much faster.
Unlike popular opinion I like the combat in Dragon Age Inquisition (3) the best - felt much faster and action based, instead of point and click.
Final Fantasy Series? but the closest I can think off is Final Fantasy XV which isn't even released yet or have the same in-depth story as Witcher does
Ahhh Mass Effect... ploughing RGB ending
Yeah but until the last 5 mins of the last game - the journey was glorious wasn't it?
especially with the dlc
it was... TALI :c my love... ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BIOWARE ! That's why I have 0 hopes for Andromeda
Whyyyy am I the only one who never liked Tali.
She seemed like a slightly annoying little sister.
Miranda Lawson all day :P
depends on the player... I liked her since she is soo mysterious and hips. But Bioware butchered her with the lame arse photoshop
It's certainly more fun than Witcher, but 2 of the three games lack anything near the amount of side content.
That requirement is specifically how I define "unplayable on the PC" for Dragon Age games. The standard is to hold down w to move forward, and steer using the mouse, no buttons required. Anything else is "unplayable".
