Cat Potion missing from inventory

Has anyone come across this before? Any fix for it?

Details:
Already learnt the potion in the Alchemy tab which now says "You already have this item"
My other witcher potions are all accounted for as far as I can tell
Sorted invtentory by type and checked obsessively to be sure I was not over looking it

I'm level 20, no idea how long it has been missing but atleast 5 levels maybe longer; so loading an old save doesn't feel like much of an option for me.. I should have tried to find a solution for this earlier but I thought perhaps it could have been in my stash which I never got around to for a while and kept brushing it to the side, but turns out you can't put them there :/

update: I beat the game months ago.. decided to pop back in after serveral patches later: Still no potion.

yea I have, I do have the reciepe for the enhanced cat potion though. I just need stop being lazy and search for the rest of the ingredients for it so I can just forget about the regular cat potion.

Learned the Enhanced Cat Potion.. That also is missing. Thinking Superior same thing will happen...

This game puts way too many Monster hunts in caves.. for something like this to happen and go un-addressed.

This might seem obvious, but I thought I had lost my Cat as well. But if you scroll down the potions page (when you have a lot of them) you should find it...

It wasn't that but thanks for the suggestion. It's alright though I already beat the game and DLCs now. Appreciate it though.

Late to the party here, but I had a similar panic and thought it was a bug. Turns out the potion I was missing was simply already equipped.
