Roach on the other hand is a hilarious mess sometimes, but that's been an "issue" since the game came out. I remember riding down a hill and it's legs went completely nuts. I'm sure there's a video somewhere ...

However, the camera bug where it sort of snaps itself looking up is extremely annoying. No it's not a mouse issue, I've tested 3 different mice and they all do it. So it's the game. Or Windows 10. Dunno. It's like the load screen has a mind of it's own, or is a different game entirely.
The camera bug on the other hand is indeed really annoying. For me it isn't so much that it's stuck looking up, it just slowly glides into George's chest and gets stuck sort of half clipping with him like your back is to the wall or something.
Today, the first time I ran everything in ultra, after upgrading to a GTX 970, I experienced several glitches, the one described here, and also a drowner "freezing", in which the monsters freeze midair in the position you killed it.
It´s curious that I made a clean install, both Windows 10 and Witcher, and then the last NVIDIA driver (361.43), which I´m suspecting may be the cause of the problem.
I hope too they provide a fix, because it really is annoying.
