"little red" quest - bugged?
I am to "wait till dusk" in Yantra for her to appear, but she doesn't.

I got that quest ages ago, and only now want to clear it from my quest list.

I just found and completed the quest (already finished the game) and it worked perfecly for me.
I waited, went at the entrance of the village and her crew was coming in.

I tried from 17-21. Waited in real time, and still no show.

Where are you waiting? They arrive at the other end of the village from where you talk to the villagers.

I had a similar problem, Little Red refused to show.

It was because I received the quest after 5pm. I had to meditate until 6pm the following day. Then Little Red and her crew showed up. Might have been that the quest was started during Dusk so wouldn't trigger until the next dusk.

Same as above. Had to wait an entire day until 7pm to make her appear.
