[Novigrad closed city] is this quest still have bugs? Stuck in the middle of quest....

In the new patch I knew the original quest has been cut to two parts. I done the first part which is tracking the witch hunter smoothly, and problem comes to the second part whcih is finding 3 keys of a chest......

Firstly I saved the peoson from witch hunter got key 1. [done]

Secondly I found key 2 and the chest in the house with another person's corpse, but missing key 3 so leave it later.

The third person's location directing to the st. bridge but I don't find any trigger to activite the progress to key 3, every doors are locked on the bridge.... I do remember in the original quest there is a witch calling me to her house and kill 3 witch hunters then I have it....

I stuck on the bridge could anyone tell me is that a new bug or what do I missed in the process....thanks a lot!

Thanks bro, but on the bridge there are no NPC can activate the sub quest....I am moving around the direction circle but I can't find any body can talk to....did I go the wrong place?
