Is there any benefit to hanging onto the trophies?

Can they be sold anywhere for a particularly high price, or crafted, or anything?
I have a bunch of +5% whatever trophies in my inventory worth about 50 bucks each.

Yes they can. The guy who sells bottles in Novigrad and maybe the alchemist in a church outside of Novigrad.

I personally don't sell them because money is easy to obtain. I just switch them because sometimes I like a less bloody bag or a better looking trophy.

Yeah I only ever spend money on repairs and crafting/dismantling so I guess these things don't matter.
